Where did the bells go?

The bells are currently on loan to Gloria Dei Lutheran in Iowa City for the summer. They offered to store the bells and equipment for the summer as we thought we may need to vacate our Sanctuary space at this time. In exchange for storage, a beginner’s handbell camp is going to be offered there on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm. Eight people have signed up so far. The bells will come back at the end of August.

The Raleigh Ringers, a nationally recognized handbell ensemble, will be playing a concert in Davenport on Tuesday, June 23rd at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for those 65+, and free for children under 5. E-mail Jen Richey at yipper78@hotmail.com if you are interested in going and carpooling.
